Angling Trust Individual National Championship 2026
To be held on the Grand Union Canal on Saturday 5th September 2026
The Individual National Championship is open to individual members of the Angling Trust. Competitors must be 16 years of age or over on the day of the match (unless in possession of a Young Angler Exemption) and an individual member of Angling Trust to be able to fish.
Pegs are limited and available on a first come first served basis.

Refreshments: TBC
Draw: Rolling from 8:00am
Fishing: 11:00am – 4:00pm (duration of 5 hours)
Keepnets: Anglers should take two keepnets. All nets must comply with national Environment Agency byelaws.
Licences: All competitors must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency Fishing Licence. Any competitor reported by the Environment Agency to the resulting team on the day of the match will be disqualified.
Optional pools of £20 to be paid on the day.

Cancellation/Refunds: Please note: If you wish to cancel a ticket, you are able to do this from your member account by navigating to “Your Dashboard” in the top right of the website and selecting the “Your Competitions” tab. Alternatively, please inform refunds@anglingtrust.net by email, and include your name, the name of the qualifier you would like to cancel, your membership number & post code. We require 3 days notice prior to the qualifier in order to process a refund. Any notification outside of this time scale will not be entitled to receive a refund. Please note: There is no secondary market for the sale or transfer of any tickets.
